It's 10 AM, Do You Know Where Michael Vick Is?

Well, the 9 am deadline for Michael Vick to accept or reject a plea bargain agreement in his dog fighting case has passed. Does anyone know where Michael Vick might be?
P.S. We DO know that two of Vicks' "alleged cohorts" entered guilty pleas this morning. According to the AP, "Purnell Peace, 35, of Virginia Beach and Quanis Phillips, 28, of Atlanta entered plea agreements and joined another defendant who previously changed his plea to guilty and agreed to cooperate in the government's case against Vick."

that Vick's 9am deadline is a soft deadline. If he shows up later today or even next week they'll probably accept his plea.
Although I will be very disappointed in the prosecution if they allow him, or the other defendants, off with just a year.
