You really can't make this stuff up.
When told there were more than 30,000 cows in the county, Delgaudio said he could not believe that number because he had not seen them.

In my continuing effort to help out my fellow citizens through information, here is a short list of other things that do not exist in Loudoun County, according to the logic of Loudoun County Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio.
- School overcrowding
- Legal immigrants
- Fans of The Daily Show
- A light beer with all the taste of a real beer
- Intelligent voters
I'm sure there are more...
I think we can prove him wrong on the last one this year.
