This woman is getting downright ridiculous. She locks her Virginia Beach office door just as constituents try to visit. She hasn't in over a year returned any of my email questions to her. She holds these public events where only a handful of her groupies appear and she guards the discussion. She wastes so much valuable time and energy ducking and dodging, all coz of her profound fear and paranoia. Unbelievable!

....but when I take stances on the issues in a public forum (which, for me, is usually on my blog) my goal is usually to have more people know how I feel about a certain topic.
You would think that with a who slew of Congressional staffers working for her, she would have a well researched speech that she would be proud to have the public see and/or hear.
After all, it would almost be like a free ad if there were videos floating around of her promoting her own agenda.

First, she's in public at a news worthy event. She's acting like people are trying to video her in the shower. There's no privacy at a speech - that she's giving!
Second, she wants to lay low because she has benefitted so much from quietly taking all the money being shoveled at her by war profiteers-the list of PACs and individuals who gave to her campaign look like a Fans of Dick Cheney invitation. She is doing so poorly in the polls that her name was #9 of about 40 names on the slide of Repubs in trouble that Karl Rove took to political appointees to demand that they help the candidates.
She gets lots money from her partner in crime in VA, Tom Davis.

And I seriously can't understand how she won last year. When I see videos of Davis or Wolf I get to a point of disagreement, but never downright embarassment like with these.
If anyone cares to offer their opinion: What District of Virginia is most poorly represented in Congress?
My first choice would be the first district, as Jo Ann Davis can't even show up for votes (not like that's her fault, she should just honorably step down by the next election).

the right-wing Republican hypocrits are deathly allergic to citizens with video cameras in hand after they saw what happened to dear George Allen. And, rightly so--- it totally cramps their style, cuts out a lot of the play-acting and the code words and gestures they've become accustomed to using to reinforce the bigotry of their audience and the insanity of their policies. It's like tying the hands of an Italian, which makes him speechless (sorry for the stereotype, it's just an old Italian joke that seems to fit). Heh.
