Mayor Mel Bray commented "No one has worked harder for this town than Jeff Frederick, and no one has been there like Jeff has. He's done what he said he would do, and I'm proud to have him as our representative in Richmond -- and we need him there to continue his work on our behalf."
Interestingly enough, las week Mayor Bray was arrested for "keeping a bawdy place", which -º 18.2-347 of the Code of Virginia defines as "any place within or without any building or structure which is used or is to be used for lewdness, assignation or prostitution."
