Here we go again with biased Washington Post Albo coverage or lack of....

Okay people, that's right here we go again. Here's my conspiracy theory. The Washington Post loves Tom Davis, we all know that. Tom Davis runs for the Senate...drum roll please...dum,dum,dum,dum....Tom Davis likes and wants Dave Albo to run for his vacating congressional seat...dum, dum,dum,dum...Tom Davis tells his connection at the Post, and we all know he has that, to go easy on Dave Albo....Ahhh so that's why earlier in the week Dave Albo's picture was in the paper as the lead sponsor of this insane abuser law bill....Oh but it gets better...today's Metro section is reporting that Virginians are not taking a liking to this piece of corrupt legislation. There was NOT ONE MENTION of Dave Albo, no quotes, no para phrasing, nothing. I had to read this article three times, I couldn't believe it. This is irresponsible journalism by the Post. Dave Albo was bragging how great it was the other day, why wasn't the Post on his butt about this.  Here's the link to the article, hope it works, if not check out the WashingtonPost.com.

Thank you for this ... (A Siegel - 7/15/2007 9:19:24 AM)
Might I request ... easier to take action (letter to author, editor, Deborah Howell, other newspapers) if you put in more sourcing (such as earlier Post / such article where Albo is given prominence).

Thanks.

good point A Siegal... (bladerunner - 7/15/2007 10:52:03 PM)
We'll try to do that. I just couldn't believe his name wasn't mentioned. I did send something in to the newspaper though. Thanks.

The WaPo always protects its sources.  They've always been partial to Albo.  He gives them quotes, they leave him alone.
