And don't forget, this was a Republican-controlled legislature that pushed this thing through, rejecting a long-term, sustainable, adequate funding source for Virginia's transportation needs in exchange for this, this...thing!

P.S. Ben Tribbett is calling for SPECIAL SESSION NOW. That would be hilarious, I can just see it now: "uh, we screwed up on the abuser fees, how about a gas tax increase?" Hahahahaha!
