I don't want to read anymore into this than General Wesley Clark just making his rounds working on the 3 main media networks. But, there has been very little chatter about Clark's media rounds.

In 2002 until his Presidential Campaign in the Fall of 2003, Clark was a frequent military and foreign policy analyst for CNN. That's actually where I first saw him and discovered who he was.

He knew many of the people in the CNN Network during his tenure with them. Especially during the buildup to Iraq, Clark was on many of CNN's programs until he ran for President.

After Clark exited the race for President in 2004. He quickly endorsed John Kerry and worked on behalf of the Democratic Party until he took his next media assignment with FOXNews. From 2005 until last month Clark was employed by FOXNews as a military and foreign affairs analyst.
We have all come to know his famous bouts with Neil Cavuto and most especially Bill O'Reilly. Clark strongly defended the Democratic Party, and Progressive ideas on the Fox Network. He swam with the sharks, and he came out alive. He even left a few bruises on some of the sharks.

Clark raised his profile for himself, and the entire Democratic Party by being on FOX. He got some flack from Democrats for being on FOXNews but I think he did more good as the only Democrat aside from Alan Colmes.

Most recently, Clark has just signed on as again a military and foreign policy analyst with MSNBC. My favorite network.

Now Clark, 3 years and counting in the political sphere since he decided to run for President in 2003 he's made his rounds with the MSM.

I can't say that Clark is running for President or not, but he's a new force in Democratic Politics. He had it right about Iraq, he had it right about the aftermath. He's smart, strong, and isn't going anywhere.

General Wesley Clark continues to speak out for us, continues to fight for this country, and continues to lead like he always has.

No matter who you support for President, it's hard not to respect Wes Clark.

Clark and VoteVets... (Nick Stump - 6/21/2007 6:53:16 PM)
.. are doing a great job promoting candidates and pushing veterans issue.  Who can forget the body armors ad they did in the 2006 elections.  They successfully targeted Republicans like George Allen.  I'm not sure Clark will ever be President, but you gotta love the guy for all the good work he's doing for the party and veterans.

Top of my list (cycle12 - 6/22/2007 8:37:37 AM)
Agreed, gentlemen; Wes Clark remains at the top of my short list for President, Vice-President or whatever he decides to pursue, whenever he decides to pursue it.

Thanks for the update!

Steve

The General is THE man! (LAS - 6/22/2007 12:26:05 PM)
I will also support him in whatever he decides to do.

And I won't be taking off my "CLARK '08" bumper sticker until I get a definite NO from the General. Hope beats eternal and all that...

I'm with you, LAS and Cycle (vadem - 6/22/2007 9:49:58 PM)
I hope for many reasons that he runs, and think there's still a decent chance he will.  But I'll support however he decides to serve, again.

What they said. (summercat - 6/23/2007 7:42:43 AM)
Clark is "da man" for me unless he says he is definitely not going to run.

Now that he's on MSNBC (vadem - 6/23/2007 8:25:14 AM)
More people will have the opportunity to hear what he's all about.  In the appearances thus far, just in the past week that he started with the network, he's been asked intelligent questions and been given the chance to fully explain--unlike the interviews on Fox.  For those of us who have been around the Clark camp for awhile, it's very reminiscent of the Aaron Brown-Wes Clark days on CNN before the Iraq war.  All appearances can be found on www.securingamerica.com.
