Lambert sure is confused

First, Benny Lambert forgot which party he belonged to and endorsed the Republican George Allen in one of the most important elections of 2006.  Now, not only is he confused about his party, he's confused about what district he's representing.
.... Benjamin Lambert needs to understand that he is running in a DEMOCRATIC primary in the 9th - not the 10th - Senatorial district.

First, he asks supporters of former Republican Senator George Allen for help* in a DEMOCRATIC primary where Democrats - not Republicans -- choose their standard-bearer.

Now, in one of his campaign mail pieces, he has a "community activist" who lives Western Chesterfield - that's right, WESTERN CHESTERFIELD -- claiming she is voting for him!**

Senator Lambert, this person in your mailer may want to vote for you, but, in the Democratic primary for the Ninth Senatorial District, the only people who can vote live in Charles City County, parts of Henrico, and parts of Richmond. Trust me, none of Chesterfield County is in the 9th Senate district."

So, let's recap: Benny Lambert wants the votes of Republicans that live outside his district. Not exactly a recipe for victory.

It appears Senator Lambert is having some type of an Alzheimers issue.
This is truly scary.
