If this is true, and if Mark Warner runs for Senate in '08, Virginia will almost certainly have two Democratic U.S. Senators.  Is that amazing or what...who wudda thunk it even a couple years ago?  By the way, if Tom Davis thinks he has a chance against Mark Warner, I want some of what he's smoking.  Regardless, Davis will have a rough time in the Republican primary, because the arch conservatives (who vote in Republican primaries) think he's a commie pinko or whatever.  Ha.

you would think (chiefsjen - 4/13/2007 2:23:39 PM)
if JW is retiring, he'd report it soon, so davis could start fundraising for it.

but i agree, seems like a longshot that davis would beat warner, but then the bummer thing is no warner for VP which makes it harder for him to get in as president down the road :(

but i think warner is the best chance to get that senate seat in 08 or else it will go to davis.

dilemmas galore!

...watching Mark Warner beat the crap out of Tom Davis in a Senate race!

(Sorry, Snoopy, "a warm puppy" has to temporarily drop to second place.)
