George W. Bush proves once again why he will go down as the worst President in history. At least Nancy Pelosi gets it, as do five Western governors, as does the new U.N. Secretary General, as does...well, pretty much everybody besides ExxonMobil and their corporate-owned politician affiliates. But oh no, not George "Heckuva Job" Bush and "Deadeye" Dick Cheney. Disgracefully, they continue to fiddle as earth burns.
P.S. I love this, Bush aligned with rabid right-winger Pat Dobson and against the National Association of Evangelicals.
Specifically, I'm talking about the flat-earth Republicans who run our very own Virginia and their coal consumption bill for Dominion Power, their lack of effort to curb vehicle usage in the transportation monstrosity (sign the petition against it), and who do very little else to encourage or help Virginians do anything environmentally responsible.
On a lighter note, I got a chuckle out of the acronym for Bush's report "Climate Action Report" - quite appropriately it is CAR.
