Clinton, Giuliani Lead In New Time/SRBI Poll

The new TIME/SRBI is the latest national poll to confirm a serious erosion of support for Sen. John McCain. Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani now has a 14 point lead over McCain. Giuliani leads McCain in the Northeast, Mid-West, South, and West.
