Webb's only been a senator for a few months. But after an hour-long conversation with him, it's easy to see the traits that fuel his Internet supporters' ardent devotion. Webb is wonkish, personable and down to Earth - all at the same time.
Add in "brilliant," and that pretty much sums it up! :)
