Some of you may remember that, in 2001, Nutter defeated veteran Democratic Delegate Jim Shuler, who then ran and won in the 12th House District and remains in that position today.
Peggy Frank is an accomplished lawyer who has previously served as an assistant commonwealth's attorney and as a senior assistant prosecutor in Montgomery and Pulaski counties, and she has many strong family, civic and community ties within the 7th House District.
Peggy and her husband, Marshall, have three children and they have lived in the New River Valley area for more than 20 years.
