Today's Washington Post has an article about Chap Petersen running to unseat Republican Jeannemarie Devolites Davis for the State Senate this coming November. My favorite two 'grafs, as Devolites Davis attempts to portray herself as a moderate, or even a - gasp! - liberal:
Devolites Davis has been fighting for the last two years to distance herself from conservative, anti-tax Republicans in her party, proposing legislation to increase fees and taxes to finance roads in Northern Virginia.

Hehehehehehehahahahahahahahaha. Mrs. Tom Davis is now bashing Southwest Virginia and Peteresen't support for the Second Amendment in order to run to his left and pander to increasingly "blue" 34th District, Fairfax County voters. As I said, Hehehehehehehahahahahahahahaha.
So, what does Project Vote Smart have to say about Devolites Davis' voting record? How about a ZERO from both Planned Parenthood and NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia? How about a ZERO from Americans United for Seperation of Church and State? How about a meager 29% from Equality Virginia? How about ratings from the League of Conservation Voters that have been edging up in recent years as she tries to keep up with her changing district, but were as low as 29% as recently as 2001, 33% in 2002, and 40% in 2003? How about a ZERO from the Virginia National Organization for Women, but a 94% from the conservative Family Foundation of Virginia?
Yeah, that Jeannemarie Devolites Davis, she's definitely not a liberal. Oh, and she's not corrupt either. Nosiree Tom! Ha.
