[UPDATE] 9:58PM Burnt Orange Report (think Raising Kaine in Texas Orange) just called this race for Ciro. Whose partying with me?

It seems that Ciro Rodriguez, a Next Generation Democrat Endorsed candidate is going to win the run off seat in TX-23.

At 9:50PM Eastern Time, Ciro is ahead 57%-43% with 55.43% of the vote in.

While this race is by no means over, it bodes fantastically.

Rehnquist tried to keep the court tapes (public records) private, but they got published in a wonderful series called May it Please the Court. Highly recommended. Let me know if you want to borrow some.
