The Governor can get these numbers from the Pentagon or Virginia Tax Department, so we can see what the max military absentee vote out of state and overseas is for Virginia. Military Folks both Active, Reserve and Guard out of state and abroad overseas will have their Votes Validated by Webb Legal Staff if they wish.
