James Webb Visits Montgomery County (VA) Yesterday

At the first stop on Rick Boucher's Fighting 9th Tour, three hundred people enthusiastically greeted James Webb, Congressman Rick Boucher, Gov. Tim Kaine and Former Governor Mark Warner.  Phil Puckett, Virginia State Senator John Edwards, and our superb candidate for Commonwealth's Attorney joined in.

[Every two years, Rick Boucher travels the full length of the 9th District with state and national Democratic leaders and local candidates as well.] 

Jim Webb rallied voters, the most enthusiastic crowd I've seen in Montgomery County. Jim Webb has clearly found his stride and we've found our our voice. A click on the video below will show how important it is that this candidate is our next Senator.

What an an amazing journey for Webb from his first event during the primary.  He appears to be so comfortable now.  It's really a sight to see.  I know I'm not alone in feeling really proud of Jim and how he's grown as a candidate.

A great rally.  You could feel the electricity in the room.  As Kaine said, "It feels an awful lot like last November."
