My Elderly Mother has at last been forced to use to Corrupt Loopholes to save her home

NO Candidate Corker (Tenn.) or Sen, Allen, mom's not fighting for the Death Estate Tax, Mom lives off a fixed pension of Social Security and my deceased father's survivor's benefits and her retirement pension. She owns a single house and a single car like Millions of Virginians that qualifies her for the under $1 Million dollar estate tax-free cut-off rate. Mom is worried about her home being taken by a medicaid nursing home lein on her house. Mom heard through the senior citizen grapevine that there is a legal loophole to save her house from a medicaid nursing home lien but it must be done 5 years prior to entering a nursing home. She got the name of a lawyer from a friend who practices elderly senior law. She's going to put her house in all her children's name. The sad part is today somewhere in Virginia a poor soul will enter a Nursing Home and does not know about this 5 year loophole or the poor soul and his family love-ones have a heavy burden of taking care of a stroke family member or a cancer stricken family member and don't have time for these legal corrupt loopholes to save their homes and car from State and Federal Confiscation. Is this Country equal and fair to all or just the elites with millions and billons to pay for nursing home care. Hey I'm not asking the Bob Corkers for a slice of their income pie, I'm just asking them to keep my slice of the pie, even if it is mostly crumbs.
