From Tom Morris and Henry Tielman:

From Pennington Gap and the Tobacco Festival.  Todd, strong support down here this weekend.  The shorter fellow in the pictures with me and Henry is Sam Church (black hat).  The Sam Church that was once the UMW International President.  He is working hard and the UMW has a huge phone bank calling the 4 counties along the VA-KY border.  I think Henry and Marcia are working the Martinsville event on Tuesday and I will speak at a Veteran Council on Wednesday evening in Roanoke.  We will be helping with the Victory Tour through the 9th District next weekend.  Thanks and keep up the great effort.  Tom

Let's hear it for SW Virginia - Hoorah!  (Pictures on the flip)

Todd - can you try loading the images to flickr or another webserver?

Just turned another fence sitter (chiefsjen - 10/30/2006 12:10:59 PM)
Just finished talking with a co-worker, a male, who was in the Navy.

I printed out 2 pics of me and mark warner and me and jim webb and have them up on my board, and he sees them and starts talking to me.

Well I ran down all the good Webb stuff and he says:

ya know, i was on the fence about Webb, but you have just convinced me, i'm voting for Webb and I'm telling my friends!

I now know about 15-20 people at work that will be voting for Webb!

let's keep it going!

Although I don't really agree with a lot, or hardly any, of the opinions you express over here at RK.  I do appreciate it when someone notices the good ole Southwest.  Thanks for the pictures.  I have one up from the Festival at my site of Kilgore and Carrico.
