The GÇ£liberalGÇ¥ Virginian-Pilot endorsed Rep. Thelma Drake today because of her GÇ£superior command on all the issuesGÇ¥ despite their opinion that GÇ£on every one, Rep. Drake is wrong.GÇ¥ They accuse Phil Kellam (with some justification), of being GÇ£inarticulate and incoherentGÇ¥ on the issues. The editorial is logically incoherent, unless issues donGÇÖt matter.

The editorial also cites DrakeGÇÖs GÇ£diligence on behalf of veterans.GÇ¥ Representative Drake supported the interests of the Disabled American Veterans 0 percent in 2005. In 2006 Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America gave Representative Drake a grade of D-.

The Pilot didn't even discuss the Off-shore drilling issue, even as Drake continues to receive donations from the big oil co.'s like Chevron. I guess preserving our environment for the children isn't a issue for the Pilot.

If the Pilot was running a baseball team they'd want a batter who has a technically perfect swing but always strikes out.

She's been a miserable failure representing the fighting 2nd ! They especially didn't pay much attention to Phil either, otherwise they'd know where he does stand on issues!
