...at last night's 10th District debate only Wolf said he was voting FOR the amendment. Feder, Woods (Libertarian), and Nigam (Independent) all said they were voting NO.

After a couple is divorced, custody and child support remain an issue. It looks like to me that if, say, a deadbeat dad refuses to pay support, and gets a court order, he can tell a Virginia court to stuff it.
