How about, finally finding the WMD's that have long been sought?
We know, for a fact, that they (Cheney, Rumsfeld et al.) believed that the weapons were there. Otherwise, they would have had a contingency plan to put some there.
Now, enough time has lapsed to finally "discover" the pile they put there six months (or more) ago. Just in time for the election, and too close to the election to allow them to be revealed as a fraud.
