We are currently scheduled for a server upgrade this evening (Monday, Sept 18). It should be coming down between 10 and 11 PM EST.
This change should provide faster and more reliable service during the upcoming crunch time in October and the first week of November.
The upgrade will also require a change to our DNS. In non-technical terms that means following the upgrade there will be window where the server is working properly but you may not be able to see it.
DNS changes begin to propagate through the internet immediately but will take many hours (even days in some cases) to fully complete.
Bottom line is that we should be available to most of you by Tuesday morning, if not sooner, but that some people may be affected for a longer period of time.
