Debate Questions

Let's face it, we really won't have a say in what questions get asked or what issues are discussed in the two upcoming debates.  But as is tradition (at least we did it last debate),  use this thread to toss out the questions you'd most like George Allen to answer.

Now I know not much has happened since that last debate ;-) but I'm sure we could come up with some good ones.

Also, if you haven't already, check out F.T. Rea's Debate Dilemma for Allen.  Now that's good stuff and I look forward to seeing him try to wiggle out of that one.

[UPDATE by Lowell: Don't forget, Webb supporters will gather at 7:30 am tomorrow at NBC Studios, 4001 Nebraska Ave NW Washington DC, NW to welcome Jim Webb as he arrives for the debate.

After that, they will be hangin' and eatin' brunch together at the Four Courts of Ireland (2051 Wilson Blvd in Arlington) at 10am.  It's $14.95 for all you can eat.  This is a chance to meet new friends and fellow volunteers, get campaign details, and have a great time watching the debate. You were supposed to have RSVP'ed to Josh (joshc@webbforsenate.com) by yesterday evening, but if you're interested, check with him to see if there's still room.]

Dear "Senator" Allen (tokatakiya - 9/16/2006 7:30:59 PM)
How is it morally justifiable to let many of the 400,000+ excess IVF embryos in this country sit unused in liquid nitrogen freezers forever or be outright thrown away rather than to be used for life saving embryonic stem cell research?

This is what you voted for when you voted against the stem cell bill that President Bush recently vetoed.

If you were in a burning hospital (Josh - 9/16/2006 10:17:15 PM)
and you could save one healthy baby or 100 embryos, which would you save?

Not really my own question (libra - 9/16/2006 11:57:52 PM)
but "borrowed" from The Carpetbagger Report:
Jim Webb stands with the widows of 9/11, why do you stand with Ann Coulter?
