Hey-are you busy Monday night, August 28, 2006 at 5pm?


I didn't think so, and that's a good thing!  Because you and yours can come meet and greet with Jim Webb, Virginia's next Senator in Richmond, VA!  Here is the info:

GRAND OPENING COOK-OUT
Monday, August 28, 5pm to 7 pm
4900 Radford Avenue, Richmond 23230
(intersection of Radford and Staples Mill, between Monument and Broad)

I know, I know-it's early, but you don't have to cook or order out if you come right after work!  

You can hang with JIM WEBB, the next Senator from the Commonwealth of Virginia and other very special guests! 

Shhhhhh...I am not telling-the other guests are a surprise, so you will have to show up to find out!  I know-I am so bad....  ;)  ;)

Won't you join us for hot dogs, snacks, drinks, desserts, and let's face it...democracy in action?

I am going to invite my dad, as well. He lives in Chesterfield, but works in Richmond near the event.

Myself, I have an event to go to where Jim will be on Saturday, the Albemarle Committee's fundraiser in Crozet. Then I have the Fifth CD Committee meeting on Tuesday in Lynchburg. Good thing I have a car that gets decent mileage!

If I do make it Monday, I will definately be ready for a post-grand opening libation. That's also part of the fun, hanging out with like-minded Democrats!!!
