What Have Bush and Allen Accomplished in Iraq?

According to the prestigious Royal Institute of International Affairs (aka, "Chatham House"), here's what GeorgeBushAllen has/have accomplished by bringing the "war on terror" to Iraq:

There is little doubt that Iran has been the chief beneficiary of the war on terror in the Middle East. The United States, with Coalition support, has eliminated two of Iran+óGé¼Gäós regional rival governments +óGé¼GÇ£ the Taliban in Afghanistan in November 2001 and Saddam Hussein+óGé¼Gäós regime in Iraq in April 2003 +óGé¼GÇ£ but has failed to replace either with coherent and stable political structures. The outbreak of conflict on two fronts in June+óGé¼GÇ£July 2006 between Israel and the Palestinians in Gaza, and Israel and Hizbullah in Lebanon has added to the regional dimensions of this instability.

Consequently, Iran has moved to fill the regional void with an apparent ease that has disturbed both regional players and the United States and its European allies...

[...]

...Iranian influence is seen as posing a strategic threat and, with the escalation of the nuclear issue and Israel+óGé¼Gäós conflicts with its neighbours, even an existential threat to the US+óGé¼Gäós own influence and hegemony across this key region.

In sum, our invasion of Iraq has NOT created a democracy in Iraq, has NOT brought Arab-Israeli peace, has NOT even brought increased access to oil.  Instead, BushAllen's brilliant invasion of Iraq has brought the opposite of all of those things, PLUS the added bonus of a strengthened Iran - a country ruled by leaders who hate our guts and are pursuing nuclear weapons as fast as they can.

Heckuva job by the BushAllen Republicans.  Heckuva job.

the people are admitting Iraq was one Helluva mistake, and that yeah we can't leave cause things will go to hell and and a hand basket--well were obviously going know where real fast now, so why not phase down and redeploy and let shit happen. That way at least were not wasting American lives and money on Bush's stay the course Bullshit policy. Also, Bush created this fucking mess, and his role is getting glossed over--Americans should be OUTRAGED at him. He pulled the trigger by invading Iraq, he's responsible for our soldiers getting killed for nothing.

Everyone says the terrorists will take haven there if we leave. Well you can thank George F'ng Bush for that. Americans are going to get killed one way or another now. I don't see how people can think Iraq is a war on Terrorism. Thanks George, you Alcoholic, cocaine snorting, draft dodging, fundamentalist theocratic freak. Yeah I'm pissed.
