Did you know:
*That Jerry Kilgore filed a lawsuit to have the Americans with Disabilities Act declared unconstitutional?
*Or that, when he was questioned about it by Tim Kaine, claimed, "I'm speaking for the people of Virginia."?
*Or that Jerry Kilgore agreed to a debate? Only problem was that it had to be in West Virginia! Also, Senator Russ Potts couldn't be included in the debate, and the Kaine campaign would have to sign a legally binding agreement not to use any video footage of the debate in ads, movies, etc.
*Or that Kilgore refused to debate on NRA Radio? Holy cow! If he doesn't think he can win on NRA Radio, where does he expect to win?
Folks, if Jerry Kilgore's not willing to tell the people of Virginia where he stands, and if he's not willing to engage in a fair debate of the issues, then he's clearly not worthy of the honor of running our great Commonwealth for the next four years.
