I am not playing with the trolls anymore.

I got pissed today.  I got really pissed.  I got pissed at the Miller bloggers declaring that Webb supporters that participate in this and other  blogs were "crazy and hated by the campaign" and that we lost votes bc we "falsely claimed that previous Miller supporters turned Webb but won't go public" and YES; I admitted that although I left a very professional and mature message to Tyler Witley's voicemail, that he was a piece of shit.  Well, sue me.

Lies and rhetoric piss me off BIG TIME.

But you know what?  The trolls ain't worth it.  Period dot com.  I don't need to nor do I deserve to waste time, emotions, and energy on them or their lines of bull.  You know why?  I am voting for the man who is going to beat George Allen, and I have THAT FACT to get me by, every day.

So have fun, trolls.  People may troll rate you, or ignore you, or reply; I don't care.  You enjoy getting a rise out of people who disagree with you, and I don't have time for 4 year old shennanigans.  Grow up.

Movin on, pholks.  Oh, and this is also an open thread; anyone up to anything cool tonight?  What went on today?  Any great Webb stories?  How does it feel to work hard for a definitive winner?

Get it off your chest...

I. Have. Had. It. (thaddaeus toad - 6/10/2006 9:25:55 PM)
I have reached a point where the betrayal of "so=called" liberals who have made the Faustian deal with Harris Miller have so disheartened and dismayed me that I can hardly see straight.  I vow this today:  While in the past I believed that if Miller won this primary, I would vote for him  begrudgingly, but not work for him in any way.  Now, thanks to the Goebellian tactics of Miller and his "sycophants of refuse" I WILL NEVER VOTE FOR MILLER. I WOULD RATHER GEORGE ALLEN WIN, AND THE DEAFENING SILENCE AND INDIFFERERENCE AT MILLER'S FORTUNES IN NOVEMBER FROM PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRATS, WHO BELIEVE IN PRINCIPLE OVER PARTY, WILL SHAME ANY WHO SPREAD THIS LIBELOUS BILE.
Better they learn their lesson...

I agree... (Loudoun County Dem - 6/10/2006 9:34:40 PM)
A vote for Miller on Tuesday increases the horrifying possibility of a George Allen Presidency.

Allen would beat Miller by 25+ points, claim that he has turned Virginia back to red, gain an applause line that he kept another lobbyist out of Washington (innoculating himself from the lobbyist/republican scandal), claim he won a proxy victory against Warner (since Miller has so tightly wrapped himself in Warners skin).

I'd go on but I am depressing myself.

There is NO upside to a Miller victory.

JIM WEBB MUST WIN TUESDAY.

I got 8 more Webb votes from friends today... (Loudoun County Dem - 6/10/2006 9:29:34 PM)
Friends of mine (big extended family) that didn't even know that the primary was coming up. One of them said "Fields of Fire" is one of his favorite books.

I'm not sure how you could have been anywhere near me the past two months and not be aware of the primary but, there you are.

Great work, keep it up! (Lowell - 6/10/2006 9:34:07 PM)
And everyone else, please follow Loudoun County Dem's example.  If you do that, we win big on Tuesday.  Thanks.

COMMENT HIDDEN (VADem4Ever - 6/10/2006 9:32:15 PM)

You really remind me of Ann Coulter (Alicia - 6/10/2006 9:47:38 PM)
and think you were both over-ignored as children.
I'd troll rate you, but I think you like it too much.

Ouch man... (Loudoun County Dem - 6/12/2006 5:14:31 PM)
VERY Ouch!!!

hmm... (Kathy Gerber - 6/10/2006 9:34:13 PM)
I see it as a problem that we've been overexposed to lies and rhetoric.

Trolls (DukieDem - 6/11/2006 12:36:40 AM)
Tuesday will be their punishment. Until then, in the immortal words of Wedding Crashers "LOCK IT UP!"

Ditto to "Lock It Up" (KathyinBlacksburg - 6/12/2006 3:44:36 PM)
I am taking a break from leafletting in the sun and needed to cool off (literally, not figuratively because of "trolls").  And here we find "VaDem4ever" trolling again.  Let him (or her).  He's not working.  He, or she, is all about trying to discourage us and DISTRACT.

Doesn't bother me.  I haven't talked to one person today or yesterday who is voting for Miller.

So "Lock It Up," GOTV (and not the Alice Marshall kind).  BACK TO WORK.
