"The bill would simply require States to recognize each other's concealed carry permits and licenses, just as they recognize drivers' licenses," said Allen in introducing his bill last week, proclaiming that his legislation would "+óGé¼-ª increase the safety of the many law-abiding Americans who have chosen to carry a firearm for protection against criminal attack."

Should we assume that he also supports states recognizing each other's marriage certificates? So, for example, if MA ends up allowing same sex marriage then Cowboy George would support a bill that requires VA to recognize the marriage?
