"When Republicans Attack"

Nothing says silly like a good visual aid (Remember Ross Perot and his charts?).  I wonder what Steve Baril thought when he brought this box of Tide laundry detergent on stage to emphasize the "dirtiness" of his opponent, Bob McDonnell.  Although I agree, a backdoor contribution of $220,000.00 is a bit sketchy.

Baril says it best.

'McDonnell has concocted a scheme to accept and direct $220,000 for campaign advertising without disclosing the donors of the money,' Baril said. 'That is more money than McDonnell raised through March 31, 2005. This scheme is a clear attempt to circumvent Virginia's campaign finance laws.'

It is good to see the  two Republicans tearing each other up and attacking one another.  They must not have heard yet, but Creigh Deeds is going to win that office anyway.
