Is This Person the Same Brian Bilbray?

Read it on DKos asking the legitimacy of his residency. I checked our prof database (it's public record). Here's what I found.
There is a record on Brian and Karen Bilbray, lives in Alexandria's subdivision of Bridgehaven. House was bought in 2000 for some $385K. Checked his website. Yep, the name matches Brian and Karen Bilbray. How many Brian and Karen couple with the same last name out there?
If indeed, then he is lying about his resident!

he is a former Republican Congressman. And the piece on dkos points out that he is claiming his mother's house as residence in order to run in district, but her neighbors never see him, and -- besides having VA residence listed as primary residence for one set of purposes -- has his own house in CA listed as primary residence.
Sounds like this guy has violated a batch of Fed and state laws.
