Yes, I knew it would happen, but now that it's here I don't know what to say.

Harris Interactive posted their latest poll results and Bush has finally dropped below 30%:

President Bush+óGé¼Gäós job-approval rating has fallen to its lowest mark of his presidency, according to a new Harris Interactive poll. Of 1,003 U.S. adults surveyed in a telephone poll, 29% think Mr. Bush is doing an +óGé¼+ôexcellent or pretty good+óGé¼-¥ job as president, down from 35% in April and significantly lower than 43% in January.

This poll was taken before the news broke today that the NSA has been spying on millions of Americans, trying to put together a comprehensive record of EVERY telephone call ever made.  How much lower can Bush go?

This Administration is over and needs to be put out of its misery.

Once he hits 22 (phriendlyjaime - 5/12/2006 3:24:34 PM)
and he will...its over.  Fake death, take all the war money and go somewhere and drink for the rest of his life.  His presidency is toast, and we are pretty close to being able to say "lame duck."

I'm not really laughing though, you know?  Our country is just...well, it's not funny.  And as much as I hate W, I just can't really rejoice in our pathetic, shitty leadership.

A lot of Republicans... (Tom Joad (Kevin) - 5/12/2006 3:32:46 PM)
are waiting for that bounce. It's not happening. This is going to continue for the next 2 years of his presidency. The closest he will get to "normal" is 42-43%. He will go down as one of the worst presidents ever.

Yep n/t (phriendlyjaime - 5/12/2006 4:07:17 PM)

Yep (Craig - 5/13/2006 1:05:18 AM)
He can then take his place among the worst, right next to Buchanan, Pierce, Harding, and Grant.
