-- Conservative newspaper The Washington Times on Kaine's decision to not grant clemency to Dexter Lee Vinson: "Mr. Kaine is to be commended for keeping his promise."

-- Disagreeing with George Allen and Thelma Drake, the Pentagon has come out against offshore drilling in Virginia.

-- And UVa had a good sports weekend: The New York Jets selected Virginia's D'Brickashaw Ferguson with the fourth pick in the NFL draft and UVa won two more ACC titles this weekend in men's and women's lacrosse.

ThelmaChenyDrake and GeorgeBushAllen are far too conservative for Virginia.

Nice unbiased poll:  Do either of the Democrats have a chance of unseating George Allen?  Why not ask something like: What would you rather do kill babies or support George Allen?
