Democracy for America's Fairfax website has a story up right now with the headline, "Harris Miller for Senate? We Don't Think So..."  Add this to the list of "Harris Miller's really bad week," which so far includes some seriously anemic fundraising numbers and word of a Mark Warner fundraiser for Webb.  Also, stay tuned for a very nice "Fighting Dem" endorsement coming up for Jim Webb, probably today or tomorrow.

Kellam or Robb? (Josh - 4/12/2006 11:02:12 AM)
Maybe Max Cleland?

Kellam doesn't have a military background, Josh (DanG - 4/12/2006 11:17:00 AM)
That's why he and Jim Webb would compliment each other well.  Kellam knows the area, his family is a longtime Democratic Power in VA Beach, and Kellam has a record of fiscal responsibility.  Webb is known as a Maverick, he worked for Reagan (which helps in the traditionally conservative 2nd), and he has incredible Military experience.  I just don't see how Miller and Kellam work at all together.  Hell, if I were Kellam, and Miller somehow one, I'd stay the hell away.

As for the endorsement?  My bet is on Cleland!

On the headline (Rebecca - 4/12/2006 1:20:13 PM)
Hello all. The headline on DFA Fairfax came from the IT Professionals Association of America story which I found last night. I personally agree with the headline, but there are some in our group who hadn't made up their minds about Miller the last time I checked so this doesn't represent the views of everyone at DFA Fairfax.

I support the headline personally and I think after the undecided read this article they will too. This information goes beyond rumors and such. This is hard evidence that Miller is unfriendly to the working people of America. If he is supporting these measures which undermine the middle class just think about what he would support to undermine the working poor. I shutter to think about it.

The DPE, AFL-CIO has announced opposition to Miller (Info_Tech_Guy - 4/13/2006 2:35:00 AM)
