- Big night for Jim Webb: gives a nice interview on Hardball, gives a well-received live blog session on DailyKos, and scores a huge endorsement from Leslie Byrne

- Also, Harris Miller has a nice new website up touting his endorsement from Gen. Claudia Kennedy.

- Gov. Kaine is touring Iraq with some fellow governors this week

- UVa is fighting a tough game at Stanford in the first round of the NIT.  The Hoos are outmatched but playing with heart.  UVa was picked to be dead last in the ACC, so it's a minor miracle that they played well enough to make the NIT in the first place.

Thanks Rob, these posts are very useful!

I think Webb did well on Kos--didn't see the Hardball interview yet--maybe can catch the rerun on tape.  I do hope Webb's campaign site gets more current on events like these.  I also want to hear more from Webb on how he will reach out to the African-American community.  I like a lot of what Webb has said already, of course.

it's a very young team - so most of their problems is simple sloppiness.  I'm optimistic too - all these guys are underclassmen.

The Miller video thing is pretty cool.  That's by far (in my opinion) the best addition to his website.  It makes me feel like I know him a little bit better.

Are you sure we are (CR UVa - 4/4/2006 11:33:49 PM)
Are you sure we are watching the same basketball game?  This is not UVa playing its hardest, and saying they are playing with heart is a huge stretch.  If they had played hard all year, they would be in the NCAA Tournament.  They have a lot of work to do for next season; I am optimistic, but there will need to be some more big changes.
