I'm not sure I understand what you're getting at here. The Tysons Tunnel people are strongly behind Metro to Dulles, and do not in the least bit believe that doing it right - with a tunnel - will endanger the project in the least bit. In fact, with a new Congress and a new President, we have ONE LAST CHANCE to get this thing right, before we make a mistake that people will be regretting for 100 years or more.
