Webb for Senate Blog

Today the "Unofficial James Webb for Senate Blog" debuted at the draftjameswebb.com website.

The goal of the blog is to foster and link together the large community of Webb supporters including the over 1100 supporters, donors and volunteers that signed up during the draft effort.  All registered users have the ability to post to the front page and begin discussions (it is being moderated).  This site's goal is to promote James Webb.  The draft team feels very strongly that Webb is a unique candidate, one that comes along once in a generation and can run strictly on his record and who he is.  With that said, the site is moderated such that Miller and Allen bashing is not tolerated.

As the name implies, the site is not authorized by the campaign, it?s strictly a venture by the draft team.

Come check it out: www.draftjameswebb.com

The draft effort, while it includes members of RK, is not endorsed by Raising Kaine (I feel like I just read a disclaimer at the end of a prescription drug commercial :) ).

We had petitions out at the Hurst event and there are petition leads in the various districts working right now.

If you'd be interested in the petition project, email poldir@raisingkaine.com.

Is anything being do (ALERT - 4/4/2006 11:32:45 PM)
Is anything being done to get petitions circulated to qualify Webb for the primary ballot?

I think there is less than 2 months left to get the 10,000(?) signatures.
