New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson will be in Arlington for two events on Thursday, October 30.

First, there will be a 4:30 canvass  kickoff with Gov. Bill Richardson at the campaign for change office, 4350 N. Fairfax Dr.  Suite 105.

Then, at 5:30 pm that same day, there will be an economic townhall with Gov. Richardson at Wakefield High  School (4901 S Chesterfield  Rd).

Should be cool. Be there or be...I dunno, a McCain-Palin voter? Ha.

P.S. Also, just a reminder that  today is the last day to apply for a mail-in absentee ballot. Applications must be in your local registrar's office by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Sen. Obama is in Harrisonburg as we speak.  More than 10,000 people tried to get into the convo center at JMU, which holds about 8,000 people.  He will be in Norfolk tonight (which is where I am for the Commissioners of Revenue Annual Meeting) at 9:30pm.  Wish I could make it!
