With 650,000 registered voters, Fairfax County is Virginia's Gettysburg.  The battle to turn Virginia Blue will be won and lost in Fairfax County's 226 precincts.

Ever since Al Gore lost Fairfax County by 5,000 votes in 2000, Fairfax County's Democratic raw vote margins have substantially increased in ever election since 2000 to over 64,000 votes in Jim Webb's 2006 victory. Maximizing Fairfax County's raw vote margin is critical to turning Virginia Blue this November.

This Wednesday, September 24, 2008, please join Congressman Jim Moran, Nancy and Edward Rice, the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers and Former Presidential Candidate, Former Governor and Democratic National Committee Chairman, Howard Dean, for a reception in support of the Fairfax County Democratic Committee's Joint Campaign.
