I learned that the entire northern Virginia supplier of Obama campaign materials is out of stock. Our local Democratic committee resorted to drawing Obama stuff on Post-It notes with black markers - talk about d.i.y.
Despite these efforts, a professional campaign which supposedly proclaims that Virginia is "in play" should never deprive its supporters of campaign materials - November 5 is too late.
In 2004, we could literally swamp Old Town with Kerry campaign materials. My only hope this year is ordering stuff myself from Tigereye and handing it out to our supporters. Does anyone know any way to lube the wheels of the campaign?
