...everyone wants to attach all sorts of significance to these contests, and I understand why the Washington Post and Richmond Times-Dispatch want to do the same thing. But it?s just a low-turnout election, nothing more and nothing less. I would caution everyone to take a step back and not ascribe more importance to this campaign than it deserves.
