Even Karl Rove Admits That McCain's a Liar

I love how he can barely get the words out of his mouth, almost starts stuttering uncontrollably because he can't say the actual word "liar."  Any psychologists in the house with an analysis? :)

UPDATE: The Obama campaign leaps on this one!

In case anyone was still wondering whether John McCain is running the sleaziest, most dishonest campaign in history, today Karl Rove - the man who held the previous record - said McCain's ads have gone too far.

P.S. Next we know, Rove will be admitting that - by HIS OWN STANDARDS, previously applied to Tim Kaine (who "only" was mayor of Richmond, Lieutenant Governor of Virginia for 4 years, and Governor of Virginia for almost 3 years) - Sarah Palin is not qualified to be Vice President.

the "Family Research Council" is...er, researching? Their own vile racism?  Oh wait, it's DEMOCRATS who are "playing the race card," I keep forgetting...(***snark***)

It's just disgusting (hallcr3 - 9/14/2008 5:44:00 PM)
The lies and mistruths and cover-ups about Sarah Palin infuriate me more than anything. I was at a VT football game on Saturday and the two guys behind me were talking politics at half time.

One guy said, "I wonder who's passing out these McCain-Palin stickers. I want one." Then the other guy laughed and said, "I'd vote for Mickey Mouse before I voted for them."

The first guy replied, "So you don't want to vote for a pro-life, American hero and a MILF?"

I just bit my lip because I figured there'd be no reasoning with the fool. It's as if all of McCain's wrongs can be washed away by the simple fact that he was a POW. Meanwhile, Sarah Palin escapes the heat because the media doesn't want to appear sexist. SNL and Tina Fey hit the nail on the head last night - Palin can't have her cake and eat it too.

With that said, it seems like McCain's popularity has only grown these past couple weeks. Misstep after misstep on his behalf has only led to a rise in the polls. Why?

I hope Obama sees a little bounce out of his latest campaign fund raising numbers. After reading in the WaPo and NYT that he wasn't meeting his goals, to have the greatest month ever in political history has to count for something. Right?

That's all these guys got - lies (Lowell - 9/15/2008 1:28:14 PM)
