Don't mean to highlight Palin more, but if you haven't seen this video yet, check it out.

We don't want this lady to have any chance to run this country. She is much like Bush in that her Pentecostal beliefs have her looking to Israel for signs of coming times and where they are in God's plan.

The thought of this woman as VP is terrifying (Lowell - 9/6/2008 10:17:59 PM)

Everything makes sense to me now (Quizzical - 9/6/2008 11:29:09 PM)
I was confused about God's plan for the 21st century, but now I think I understand. The attacks on 9/11, the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, the emergency of China and India as economic superpowers, Hurricane Katrina, global warming, and the meteoric rise of Sarah Palin, are all part of God's plan to get that $30 billion gas pipeline built in Alaska. Amen.

Oh Lordy - Can I Get a Pipeline? (relawson - 9/7/2008 10:11:33 AM)
Let us pray.  Please God - bring together corporations, the government, and the people of Alaska to build them a $30 billion dollar pipeline.

Seriously?

It is remarkable (Rebecca - 9/7/2008 10:14:25 PM)
It has always seemed remarkable to me how much the fundies love money and those who have it.

The McCain campaign and Palin are playing down her religious beliefs (bladerunner - 9/9/2008 1:31:50 PM)
because they are so out of the mainstream that they know  Americans will question them. Her beliefs and past time at the "Assembly of God" church must come to the surface--SHE MUST NOT BE GIVEN A PASS on her beliefs.(Hear me Charlie Gibson?) All this stuff about about Alaska being the last refuge and such is scarey too. Her belief about Israel and the end of the world could greatly effect her thinking as it has Bush's. And how about her Minister saying that if you vote for John Kerry you won't get into heaven. I know I sound urgent, but this lady must be exposed. If you think Bush made some bad decisions in the Middle East you ain't seen nothing.
