Sorry - Hannah is my girlfriend's name.  Hanna is the name of the storm.

Ha! (Lowell - 9/6/2008 8:38:49 AM)
Or is it "Hah!" :)

Thanks.

Mason District Crab Feast (Mary I - 9/6/2008 9:35:47 AM)
Just got a recorded call from Rachel Rifkind.  The crab feast has been canceled due to the weather....What a bummer. I have been attending that event since my days as a Republican

Not too bad in Virginia Beach (Johnny Longtorso - 9/6/2008 10:31:55 AM)
lots of wind and rain, but at least in my neck of the woods it doesn't seem to be that serious. I just keep checking my car outside, which is parked under a tree.

Same here in Norfolk (Randy Klear - 9/6/2008 10:56:39 AM)
With the storm center as far inland as Raleigh-Durham, it looks as if the piedmont will get the brunt of it. We really could use a bit more rain, but I'm not going to beg for that wind.

Accotink Creek (Teddy - 9/6/2008 1:03:38 PM)
in City of Fairfax is overflowing heavily across the bridge on University Drive at 1 PM.
