Hey Hannah, how's it going?  I hear you're eventually planning on trashing New England; I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this, but New Jersey already beat you to it.  I kid because I love, but in all seriousness: I noticed on the National Weather Service's projection that there's an outside chance you could stay offshore and ride the warmer waters of the gulf-steam on your way north, staying just close enough to rip up the Eastern Seaboard like a buzz saw, flooding tens of thousands of square miles of coastal regions.

On behalf of everyone with waterfront property in Tidewater, VA, could you, um, not do that?
