The Details:

Please join us in canvassing for Leslie and Mike.  It is a lot of fun when we go as a PDA group, and the campaigns really appreciate our help, especially when we come from outside their districts.  These are important elections to support our progressive candidates in the June 10 primaries.

Canvassing for Leslie Byrne - May 31
The Virginia chapter of Progressive Democrats of America (PDA-VA) will be conducting a canvass for PDA-VA endorsed candidate Leslie Bryne, who is running for the Democratic nomination in 11th Congressional District, on Saturday, May 31.  We will be meeting with campaign staff in the parking lot of the Mason District Government Center, 6507 Columbia Pike, Annandale, VA 22003 at 10:00 A.M. We will be canvassing nearby in Mason District. The campaign will provide talking points, instructions and walk sheets.

Canvassing for Mike Turner - June 7
Mike has generated more and more excitement over the past several months as he has spoken to Democratic party committee meetings, labor unions, appeared at debates, and demonstrated what a supurb grasp of the issues he has, and what an excellent speaker he is.  We believe he has the best chance of beating incumbent Frank Wolf in November.  Canvassing details will be announced.  www.miketurnerforcongress.com
