Nice piece, but as an 11th CD resident, I have not received a single glossy mailer from Leslie yet. At the same time, I've received over half a dozen already from Gerry.
Gerry's are quite professionally done, though I must say that his high-dollar saturation approach reminds me of another recent 11th CD candidate who spent $3 million of developer dollars to win...
