Tucker Watkins for "Congressional Medal of Idiot?"

'hardest-working aide' and regional representative, Tucker Watkins,", click here.  Yes, this is the same Tucker Watkins who, according to Waldo Jaquith, supposedly "assaulted a Kaine staffer at the Cantaloupe Festival down in Halifax" back in July when Watkins was helping out Jerry Kilgore. 

Maybe the "purple heart bandaid" mocking John Kerry's heroism in Vietnam was from a different Watkins altercation , perhaps with some protestors at the Republican National Convention?  Or maybe Watkins got mad at George Stephanopolous for pressing him on where he got the bandaid and whether it was meant to make fun of John Kerry?  Or, perhaps Watkins got into it with comedian Lewis Black and his comment on the Daily Show about Watkins deserving the "Congressional Medal of Idiot?"  You decide.
