We Appreciate the Publicity, but...

Although we here at RaisingKaine.com certainly appreciate the publicity we received today in the Arlington Connection newspaper, we do need to correct something.

Although we DID find ourselves "at the center of a political squabble last month" about the Willie Mae Kilgore election fraud scandal in the Kilgores'  home town of Gate City, Virginia, it's not exactly accurate to say we "hand[ed]" the story to the Augusta Free Press.  What we DID do was to mention our dismay that the Virginia media hasn't been all over this scandal, and our bemusement at the fact that a bunch of bloggers apparently have to do the digging on such things.

As I said then, and as I'll repeat now, "Why the media hasn't done anything with this, when I'm being flooded with information, and I'm doing this on top of a pretty strenuous day job, is beyond me."

PS  Just for the record, Wesley Clark's last name doesn't have an "e" at the end of it, and he didn't head a "coalition."
