OK, so a three-judge panel overseeing the Deeds-McDonnell recount has decided that optical scan ballots can be recounted manually. However, it's limited that recount to just 9 precincts, "far fewer than the 156 precincts targeted by Democrat Creigh Deeds." That's lame. C'mon guys, let's get this recount right: order ALL the 156 precincts to be recounted manually, even if it takes a few more days. Nobody around at Christmas time? Hell, I'll volunteer to recount the ballots myself. Ha ha.
